Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy focuses on restoring movement, function, and strength through exercise, manual therapy, and education for a wide range of conditions affecting the whole body.
Choose Physio:
Treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, cardiopulmonary issues, and general aches and pains.

Registered
Massage
Therapy
(RMT)
Massage therapy uses hands-on techniques to manipulate the body's soft tissues, helping to reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, enhance joint mobility, and promote relaxation
Choose RMT:
Releasing knots of stress, promoting physiological changes in soft tissues, and improving overall function.

specialized tools, devices, and techniques used by our practitioners to alleviate pain,
reduce inflammation, improve mobility and promote healing.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promote tissue repair, and break down scar tissue and calcifications.

Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
Low level laser therapy (LLLT) is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-power lasers or light-emitting diodes to stimulate cellular function, promote natural healing, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain without causing heat or damaging tissue.

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) or
Graston Technique
IASTM or Graston technique are specialized handheld instruments to diagnose and treat soft tissue restrictions, such as scar tissue and muscle tightness.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment technique to treat musculoskeletal pain and movement impairments by inserting thin, sterile needles into myofascial trigger points (tight knots in muscles) to relieve muscle tightness, decrease pain, and improve function.

Electroacupuncture (EA)
Electroacupuncture (EA) a modernized form of acupuncture that uses fine needles inserted into specific body points, connected to a device that generates a gentle electrical current to stimulate nerves, tissues, and muscles.

Electrotherapy
Electrotherapy is the use of electrical currents for medical and therapeutic purposes, commonly in physiotherapy, to stimulate nerves and muscles to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and promote tissue healing.
Various electrotherapy modalities exist, including TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), IFC (Interferential Current Therapy), and ultrasound, each with specific applications for conditions such as chronic pain, muscle spasms, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Spinal Traction
Spinal Decompression Therapy
Cox Technique (Chiro)
This is a a non-invasive treatment that gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on nerves, discs, and joints.

Y-Strap Therapy
Y-axis Manipulation (Chiro)
A technique that uses a Y-shaped strap to apply gentle, controlled traction to the spine, aiming to decompress vertebral discs and joints, relieve pressure and tension, improve mobility, and promote spinal health.

Kinesotaping
Kinesio Taping therapy uses a special, elastic tape to provide support, pain relief, and improved muscle function without restricting movement.

Strength & Conditioning Training
Strength and conditioning training involves individualized exercise programs, developed by healthcare professionals like physiotherapists, to improve strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, and overall physical performance, ultimately reducing injury risk and enhancing functional ability.

Orthotics Therapy
Orthotics therapy involves using custom-designed devices inserted into footwear to correct structural and functional problems with the feet and body, ultimately alleviating pain, improving mobility, and preventing further injury.
